How long to learn to build?

A typical Economy House Kit can be built in less than a week. An experienced builder will already know most of what is required, especially connection of utilities.

How long to construct a house?

For a 400 sf house (37 sqm) the foundations and shell can be constructed in a week, utility connections are standard and then it is what the building contract is for interior fitout (which may be incuded in the first week, or could be months of bespoke work if the plan specifies detail.

Is it profitable to build?

A TUFF+ Certified Builder quotes for each build, and calculates the profit margin. The franchisee may assist or advise, but profits will typically be higher than traditional Cement brick or Wooden (Stick frame) construction for two reasons:
