TUFF+ FRP Structural beams
FRP products are made with poltruded glass fibres for strength near to steel, offering low weight, with no rust and easy workability.
FRP Beams form the basis of TUFF+ kit buildings, used for main joists, floor joists, studs and roofing joists.
This is the basis of our maintenance free assurance: No rust, strength, easy to work with, light to handle, fast to assemble and no special tools required.
TUFF+ Interlock fireproof panels
Fireproof SIP panels are the core of our TUFF+ walls.
We use panels that are stronger than plywood, but are not affected by fire, moisture, insect attack or mold!
They are integral to our
wall construction method.
TUFF+ INTERLOCK panels are SIP panels, (Structural Insulated Panels) because they do not require steel or wooden studs in order to cater for building loads, earthquakes to level 6 and hurricane winds up to 130MPH
TUFF+ Aluminium Composite Panelling (ACP)
ACP or Aluminium Composite Panel is a new-age cladding material that’s BEAUTIFUL. It is available in a wide range of colours and textures like wood, stone, metal, marble etc.
Like all TUFF+ products ACP is waterproof, UV resistant, strong and resilient in tough climates.
TUFF+ SIP Panels & INSULATION
TUFF+ building kits are insulated using by incorporating SIP Structural Insulated Panels which are stronger, yet lighter and much more insulated than concrete blocks, and we also use low weight, easy to use, no allergy, recycled insulation for the roof.
