A Premier kit house for example can be configured online to meet requirements, while an Economy kit cannot.

For example if a franchisee who is a property developer wishes to build a subdivision of buildings to meet a bespoke plan, they can submit plans for a specific building/house.

If the volume of production warrants it TUFF+ Global will discuss with the franchisee about creating a specific TUFF+ kit to meet the need. Prices and delivery schedules can be established in a week or so.

The building franchise TUFF+ GLOBAL  offers is based on delivery of a kit home to a territory (in most cases a specific country and state/province) It is the franchisee’s responsibility to ensure that approval for local building standards is met. 

However TUFF+ buildings are very strong and the methods of building are safe and easy for the approving body to understand so we don’t envisage any major issues. Some things, like the different electrical standards in a particular country will require local purchasing, and we will provide a list of such variations during finalization of TUFF+ kit ordering into a new territory.

Each franchise Territory requires local builders, and in order to maintain quality and safety, TUFF+ GLOBAL provides training manuals, Quality assurance guidelines, and support for those builders.

In order to build a TUFF+ kit in a Territory, the franchisee requires either to have internal or other certified builders, who are trained by TUFF+ GLOBAL.

TUFF+ GLOBAL buildings require brand quality – franchisees can use TUFF+ products to build any way they want, but TUFF+ kit homes are the visible and most cost effective way to build, because of our

method, which is a Trademarked method of building walls for high strength, flexibility and speed.

TUFF+ Housing kits supply all the materials to build a complete house. Each kit contains the TUFF+ products for walls, floors and roofing, Group I elements/equipment, through to electric cable and stainless steel fasteners.

The T+KH1 Single bedroom 400 square feet (39 square meter) home kit starts at $24,000USD including a shipping allowance. Subject to price change because shipping is so volatile at present.

That price does NOT include the labor for building. Prices for labor change in each country, and the margins to be applied by the local country Franchisee and local Certified Builder will determine what the overall price will be. 

Because of the massive production capabilities of our manufacturing consortium, TUFF+ building kits can be produced typically in one month.
